Leadership Training

Our summer camps for grades 4 through 8 have programs like Leadership Training, empowering individuals to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose through a dynamic combination of Ownership and Initiative Workshops, Teamwork and Collaboration Training, and Courageous Leadership Development, where participants learn to take responsibility, inspire others, and step forward with bold decision-making. Through Visionary Leadership Sessions, they develop strategic thinking skills, while Purpose-Driven Leadership Coaching helps align personal values with goals, and Respectful Communication for Leaders equips them to foster trust, encourage open dialogue, and build strong, high-performing teams. These programs are available in flexible formats: Half-days weekly ($225) or Full days weekly ($450).
